philosophy
A strong foundation is the key to any great endeavor. Just as the best coffee starts with the finest beans, a successful business is built on the vision, intention, and presence of its founder. Our founder-centric approach makes your story, talents, and unique journey the heart of your business, guiding its purpose and growth.
Venture Haus draws inspiration from innovative tools and methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile, along with approaches for personal growth and inner work. It bridges the gap between business strategy, customer needs, core messaging, and a founder's mindset, purpose, and creativity. It’s about helping you step out of a meaningless hustle cycle and build a business with real impact.
As a founder, you're not just creating a business—you’re cultivating a space where your leadership, expertise, and personal growth come together to transform your customers' lives, community, or industry. But it all starts from within.

meet our founder
Jessika-Kina founded Venture Haus, driven by the belief that a business is only as strong as its founder. With nearly a decade of experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, and renowned brands such as the Business Development Bank of Canada, L’Oréal, and Toyota in Germany, she has seen firsthand how traditional business strategies often overlook the mindset and well-being of the founders.
Drawing from her expertise in Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile methodologies, Jessika aims to create a different approach to entrepreneurship—one that is both sustainable and fulfilling. Her founder-centric approach integrates strategy with purpose, structure with creativity, and innovation with personal growth.
Jessika-Kina holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and became a certified coach in 2016. She has since then been refined her practice to better support businesses.
