Refunds for Coaching
At the scheduled appointment time, the client agrees to join the GoogleMeet call and begin the session. Both the coach and client commit to starting and finishing the session on time.

If the client is more than 10 minutes late, the session is considered canceled, and the client will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.

If a session is rescheduled or canceled less than 12 hours before the appointment, the client will receive a 50% refund and must book a new session.
