With 10 years of experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, and brands like L’Oréal Canada, BDC, and Toyota in Germany, Jessika-Kina bring a strategic yet deeply human approach to founder development, combining innovation tools with reflective, values-driven guidance to help founders build ventures rooted in who they are.
Drawing from her expertise in Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile methodologies, her mission is to help entrepreneurs build businesses they love. Her approach blends strategy with purpose, structure with creativity, and innovation with focus, empowering founders to create real value and make a lasting impact.
Trained by top mentors, coaches, and executives, Jessika-Kina is a graduate of McGill University, holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and became a certified coach in 2016. Since then, she has refined her practice to support businesses, prioritizing both growth and purpose.
